Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was superb, in a lovely area with convenient access to transportation, but the room's setup was not ideal for a family with a loud toddler, and the reception service left much to be desired.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. Let me start with the positive points: the rooms were well-equipped and had great facilities, making our stay comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast served was fantastic. On the other hand, dealing with a screaming toddler nearby wasn't the best experience, and the receptionist could have been more welcoming. Despite these aspects, the new furniture in the room added a nice touch to the ambiance.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were equipped with good facilities, but dealing with a screaming toddler nearby was a bit challenging. On the bright side, the lovely breakfast for three was a delightful touch.
The hotel is located in the Republicca area, which is a very nice area close to main shopping streets and all the attractions. The rooms offer a great shower and bathroom with toiletries, ideal for a family stay with lovely breakfast but hindered by a screaming toddler. The service was a mix of rudeness at reception but excellent for food and room cleaning.
The hotel is situated in the Republicca area, which is lovely. The rooms were excellent with a great shower and bathroom, freshly made coffee, and a fantastic breakfast. However, dealing with a screaming toddler nearby wasn't the greatest experience. The service had its ups and downs, with exceptional care for food and room cleanliness but rude behavior from staff like Veronica Balestrieri. The location is convenient, being close to public transportation like the Tram, but the building seems outdated since the 1960s. The dining experience included vegan pizza and was included in the rate. Overall, a mixed but decent stay.
